BookMySofa does not require customers to create an account or provide any personal information. Customers can browse all furniture products without registering or logging in. We do not collect, store, or process any personal data from customers browsing the app.

Product images uploaded by the shop owner are stored on Cloudinary, a third-party cloud storage service. These images are publicly accessible through URLs embedded in the product listings. Cloudinary's privacy policy applies to image storage.
When a customer taps "Chat on WhatsApp", the app opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message. This action is handled entirely by WhatsApp. We do not intercept, store, or process any messages or phone numbers from this interaction. WhatsApp's own privacy policy governs that communication.
If a customer saves products to Favourites, this data is stored locally on their device only, using device-level secure storage. It is never transmitted to our servers.
